After meeting with Darnell's Mom last week. She would like to get more feedback 
from his teachers on his behavior and his work completion in your classes. To 
make this more managable, I will send out twice weekly e-mails to you all, in 
order to get feedback that I can pass along to Mom. She does not have a 
computer, so I will need to call her with a summary of your reports. 

The basics that I will need are: Are there any upcoming assignments that he can 
prepare for at home?
Is he behaving in a manner that allows him to learn?(focused, on task) If not, 
be specific as to what he is doing wrong. 
Is he getting his in class work done?
